Powerful Neodymium round base cup magnet (12mm diameter × 5mm height) is made of a super strong neodymium magnet encased inside of a Nickel (Ni) plated steel cup and countersunk for a 3mm diameter countersunk screws.
This strong magnet is coated in a Nickel (Ni) coating that offers exceptional corrosion resistance when used in wet or humid environments. The neodymium magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesives. This design forms a magnetic circuit which triples the holding force to 1.8kg (approx. 3.968 lbs)!
